If you're having trouble signing up or verifying your account, try the following:
Verification email not arriving: check your spam/promotions folder, and confirm you entered your email correctly. Resend the verification email from the sign-up screen if a few minutes have passed.
Verification link expired: request a new link — links expire after a period for security.
Stuck partway through sign-up: refresh the page and log back in; your progress up to the last completed step is saved.
