What it measures
DISC maps your behavioral style across four dimensions:
D (Dominance): how you handle problems and challenges. High D = direct, result-oriented.
I (Influence): how you handle people and relationships. High I = enthusiastic, collaborative.
S (Steadiness): how you handle pace and consistency. High S = patient, loyal.
C (Conscientiousness): how you handle procedures and detail. High C = analytical, precise.
How it's calibrated
You'll be prompted to take the assessment during setup.
Time required: about 15–20 minutes.
